I ordered a Laptop which has been shipped to the wrong address. I ordered on 16 January and it is now 26 January. Anyhow, I have been calling them about my laptop and they would not tell me anything. They keep telling me, we will call you tomorrow and the concerned department has been informed (for past 5 days). Today i called and they said, they cannot tell me when we will ship your laptop but we have to pick the old one and they do not know if it has been picked up but should have been 2 days ago. I do not know what to do with them. they are not promising anything - even in the next 10 days. Meanwhile the laptop i bought is now cheaper than it was when i bought it on their website. Should I just wait for a further week? and then?

Cancel it under DSR (Distance Selling regulations), and order it again at the new price.
This is only possible however (under DSR) if it is not a "bespoke" build.0 -

If so, cancel the order under Distance Selling Regulations.
Write to them, an email is ok, telling them you wish to cancel the order and would like a full refund of all monies paid.

how exactly did the laptop get delivered to the wrong address? Was it delivered to the label address or to a different address from the label?
A bit more explanation about the actual source of the problem would be good.0 -
Well, I bought a laptop from them 5 years ago at my old address. Despite I told them my new address and paid with debit card with my new address, it still got sent to the old address, which is 120 miles away.
I still want that laptop but they have stressed me a lot.0 -
so it showed your current address on the order confirmation screen and then they shipped it to the old address?
Or does your order confirmation show the old address and you didnt realise when you ordered?0
