    I would think that once you've agreed to it, it's a done deal really.
    They'll probably have a recording of the call too.
    You might be lucky but it'll be an uphill struggle I think.

    I'd say the car was worth roughly £900 - £1000 based on eBay completed sales and ads. Take away your excess from that: assuming your excess was £200 then they'd pay you between £700 and £800. If you got less than that you probably did get done. What did you agree on?

    You need to pay for parkers valuation with correct mileage.

    Is it cheaper to buy the price guide from the shop?

    Or try whatcar.com i think that allows mileage variations.
