I was running an errand down a road called Station Road in Cultra recently. Wow. There's even a beach at the end of the road. Worth a look with a 400k budget, and there were houses for sale although I haven't a clue how much houses like that would be worth now. Not much more than 400k, I'd imagine.Stercus accidit0
