Rental Property Wanted In Aberystwyth

Hope you're all ok?

This is a bit of a long shot, but worth a try.

My son is a student at Aber and is trying hard to find suitable premises to live in for his 2nd and 3rd year. He's in halls at the moment, but the accommodation situation, or rather lack of it, is dire there. Ideally, he's looking for somewhere that he can share with 4 other friends, but if he couldn't find somewhere as big as that, then he'd have to either move in himself or with one other person.

Apparently there's a good few landlords too who are charging exhorbitant rents because they know people are so desperate to find somewhere.

If anyone knows of, or has any info about properties for rent in Aber, would you please, please let me know?

I'd much appreciate it.
