HSBC Secure Device Thingy

Am I the only HSBC customer not to receive one of these still ?

I had the letter from them around nine months ago stating I would receive the device within six weeks. Ive never received it and I still log in the old way.

Anyone else out there in the same boat ??

Everyone who I know that banks at HSBC has received theirs.The obvious thing to do would be to go into your local branch and ask why you have not received a secure key.

The bank are still distributing the secure keys.

Thanks for that, I will await with baited breath then. I was under the impression that I had been left out as everybody I know is now using and cursing them !!

I changed my bank account to the Halifax because of them. Well that and the £5 a month reward.

Between my wife and I we have 6 of them. A wonderful source of CR 2032 batteries.
