FREE home insurance via Quidco & profit!!?

I don't post too often, but this seems rather too good to be true so I thought I'd stick it up here for others to use or comment..!!
Now, Zurich are offering £50 M&S vouchers on all new policies, no limit per customer.
And Quidco are offering £120 cashback on all policies from Zurich, again, no limit per customer.
SO - I went through the motions and Zurich quoted me £124 for full contents insurance and £155 for a seperate Buildings policy. Which totals £279.
But, done seperately, I'd get £240 back from quidco plus £100 in M&S vouchers so I would PROFIT by £61 and get completely FREE home insurance!!?
Now, this sounds mad to me.... Surely it wouldn't work!? They'd be crazy. Hmmm... I might try it. (technically, I can find much cheaper quotes elsewhere, but not as potentially wonderful as this!)
Anyone else looked into this? Hope it helps someone anyway.
