My boyfriend decided to buy me a charm for christmas off 'love those charms' (.co.uk) which never arrived, he tried calling them numerous times and the number just rings out, they also didn't answer his email. Stupidly he left it 3 days too late to put in a paypal claim.
I've been on the site and there's an address for them which I've looked up on google streetview - it's seems to be a quiet, residential road so if it's a genuine address then they must be a sole trader.
Could anyone offer any suggesstions of what to do next and could anyone find me who the site is registered to and any other contact details (eg a different phone number) that I could try.
The amount was only £20 so he'll probably end up having to write it off, but it's the principal.

Of course, they may be one and the same.
Whois tells us...Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.0 -
I haven't tried the 01773 one as it said it was for international customers, will give it a go tomorrow.
Yes that is a bit naughty, isn't there a way you can demand this information in circumstances such as the above?
Thanks for your help.£2012 in 2012 member #15: £651.55/£20120
