Why do you think the the bank made a mistake ? You've been told it's all sorted, your account is to be reactivated and you will get your money.0

So whos fault is it then? Is it my fault that I won that money and deposited 100% legitimate check to my account? Or is it lloyds fault that even after verifying the check they will still going to close the account?
Sure they will pay the money but usually when company calls customer a fraud without any supporting evidence and without any warning and then are proven wrong then that is a mistake. The last thing they could do is give me an explanation and apologise, but no send a some bs letter without any info and then close the account.
Obviously I am not referring here to the staff in my local branch, they were polite and helpfull, it is the other ones in the main branch.
Also my account is still suspended.0 -

You said in your previous post that they were going to reinstate your account ?
Has anyone actually accused you of fraud ? If not, then you are overreacting a bit here. I know you're annoyed but if you Google Anti Money Laundering you may understand a bit better.
IF thats what you were "suspected" of being involved in, your bank are not allowed, by law, to tell you that they are investigating your account and they are not allowed to discuss it with you, at all. Failure to report suspicions of money laundering, or "tipping off" the people concerned can result in a conviction and possible prison sentence.
It's quite serious, i'd still lodge a formal complaint and ask them why they are closing your account as it may be something else they are looking at, but i really can't see at the moment what they've done wrong. If the reply is that they can't tell you, then i'm afraid you'll just have to accept it.
These regulations apply to all financial institutions, not just Lloyds.0
