Tabs in chrome

I have just downloaded Chrome as Firefox was beginning to cause problems despite removing and reinstalling. However I remember now why I got rid of Chrome previously and reverted to FF - it's the tabs on top. I can see that this is a continuing issue with lots of other people and google don't seem inclined to give people the choice of where tabs should be. Does anyone know if there's any sort of plug in or similar I can use to bring the tabs below the toolbars.

Failing that, can anyone point me to somewhere I can make the font larger or clearer on tab labels? Being small and on top is really quite difficult to read.

I'm not aware of any way of doing either of those things in Chrome. Page content is easy to zoom, but not the tabs etc. sadly

You may be better off trying to solve your Firefox problems if you can't live with it.
Are you using the latest version (9.0.1) and have you worked your way through the trouble shooting steps?

Hey Liz,

Im actually unsure if its possible. I too agree with you on this, its so bare and basic. I just quickly briefly google'd it and didn't find nothing more than Chrome extensions where you could have too many tabs and other silly things like that.

Sorry i cant help but i do think you've done the right thing moving to chrome.
