Thanks to all for your efforts.
I didn't manage to get anywhere in Egypt - I've come to the conclusion IT'S WORTH BOOKING A FEW WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR EGYPT.
We are staying in the UK now - and I have just booked a Mon-Fri break at "Sandy-Balls" near Ringwood in the New Forest.
Big Big Thanks to all that tried to help me out.
I am definitely going to book a holiday in Egypt soon for the Easter Break ... I'm going to go for a 4/5 star hotel and all inclusive.
