Quotes for small extension

Options
Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea on how much a small brick built extension would cost. I'm looking at extending 14ft wide by 9.5ft deep, with a conservatory roof, windows and french doors to front and for it to be built on from my current lounge.

Any rough quotes would be great.

Thanks

for budgeting purposes the normal pricing method is 1k-1.5k per sq m.

thats without any bathroom and or kitchen fitments added.
