    I suppose laptops are just alot more popular these days than desktop's because of the sole reason - portable and variety of size's.

    Also laptops are preferable over desktops is that they can run on a long-lasting battery and do not necessarily require a wire hookup to access the Internet. Obviously not in many cases reference battery life.

    I do like desktop's and the sad thing is most laptops are just used as DVD players and internet browsing. I myself use mine for designing and such but i guess most people only use them for odd word document / movies / internet.
    Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

    Quite tempted to do this, looked on you tube and it looked quite straight forward, is this the case. Where would be the cheapest place for a replacement hard drive?
