What is the deal with the level of inconsistency displayed by the banks?
So far the same bank will either
1. Defend the claim in full & go to court
2. Defend the claim but settle before the court date
3. Settle prior to court proceedings in full
4. Settle partially
Now NatWest want to settle in full with me and will refund my charges and now the court costs i have already paid, but other people are having to take court action, some are being offered lesser amounts - why is there no level of consistency here?
