Lloyds PPI

I recently sent my first letter off to Lloyds bank in December to claim PPI refund for 6 loans with them, I had to send £10.00 for paper work on my mortgage and other loans which i received information 500 documents on every thing. I still have not heard anything about an offer on information sent on the 6 loans and wondered if i need to contact them further for update.I would be grateful for any advise please should they have connected me by now or is this normal on waiting time. I did received a letter this morning but it was Lloyds offering me a loan for 25,000. Many thanks, Alison

Perhaps they havent got any information any more on 6 loans. The fact there is 6 means that some of them at least must go back over a long time and over time many banks destroy records or put it in a non-relevent filing system (not captured by a SAR).
