jewellery.tv - Genuine Company?

Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum so mods please feel free to move me as necessary

I have a bit of a problem, my Mother recently purchased a bangle at not an inconsequential amount of money, paid by debit card. The chap on the phone said that the item in question was out of stock, but that they were getting some more in and it would take 11 days to dispatch the order.
We are now on day 13, with no e-mail despatch notice, and the phone line to jewellery.tv is not working.
We have tried sending e-mails with no response.
I've looked up the address of jewellery.tv and it appears to be in the middle of a field

Now we're getting rather worried, does anybody have any experience with this company that could put us at ease?

The item not being dispatched isn't of concern (11 days to get the stock, maybe a couple of extra days if the supplier/courier screws up and a couple days to get the order through the dispatch process) but the phoneline not working might be a warning sign. Try calling again tomorrow incase it's just a technical glitch or try their 'business' line: 0844 4931 488 and if still no joy and it's a VISA debit contact your bank and ask for the funds to be recovered.
FYI any company should display it's a address on it's website and a PO box is not permitted, if you can't see a proper address I wouldn't order.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Thanks for the help guys, I will be keeping a closer eye on buying in future!
Luckily I managed to get through on another number, it seems that the item has been dispatched today and should be with us tomorrow. Interesting about the PO box address though, will be looking out for that in future.
