Hi as anyone got the address to send my PPI claim to Santander please...?

There is an A - Z of Bank Addresses on a thread in this forum, it's a sticky so near the top.

Unfortunately the Santander address is not on the A-Z thanks anyway.

I've settled 3 claims through the PPI customer service team and they're very helpful.

The department that calculates the refund (or not) might take time and you can call the above number to get things looked at. They will send a 'bump' email for your complaint.

Hi,

I had the same issues trying to find an address so emailed the customer services and asked for an address to send PPI claims to. They replied with the following:


Cardiff Pinnacle
Pinnacle House
A1 Barnet Way,
Borehamwood,
Hertfordshire,
WD6 2XX.

However, I was keen to send off my questionnaire and they hadn't replied so sent it off to the complaints address previously posted. I posted my questionnaire on 15th Jan and received a phone call on 21st Jan to say our claim will be upheld and they will be in touch with a settlement figure.

Cardiff Pinnacle is an insurance company (part of BNP Paribas) so they might underwrite the PPI.

As I said, the correct address and number is as I posted as I've dealt with them through these.

There are separate addresses for other claims such as default charges or loans but the number is the same, you just choose the correct options.

You're lucky!

They took 3 months to settle 1 complaint and are still completing the other 2, though they have my statements for all 3.
