Holiday Insurance For A Cruise

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have booked a cruise holiday with my boyfriend and parents for the middle of March - I cannot wait! We have been asked to provide the company with our holiday insurance details. Thomas Cook have offered insurance for £37 per couple (£18.50 per person) which seems quite high to me and I'm sure I can get it cheaper. The only problem is that I am not sure if normal insurance policies cover cruises, as you go to more than one country. Does anyone know if normal policies cover this? Also does anyone know any cheap 'cruise' policies? If anyone has any suggestions I'd be really grateful!
thanks,

EEEK!
You mean you have made a financial commitment (bookings) for these cruise holidays and havent yet got insurance in place?
I'd advise anyone to take out the insurance on the same day as you commit - or you are taking a BIG risk.
Dont hang around quibbling about £5 here or there saved....act now!:A Goddess :A0 -
Have to agree with Sleepyman.
If anything were to happen and you or your OH werent able to go and you havent taken out insurance, youve lost your holiday.
Normal travel insurance policies do cover curises (well the ones Ive dealt with anyway).
You have to take the ins policy out quickly

Thanks both. That's really why I'm trying to get it sorted now. But I wasn't going to take their travel insurance without researching others. I just wondered if anyone on here knew of any good ones. Thanks anyway.Money money money!0
