spyware subscription

Please could somebody help me. Every time I switch on the PC a popup says I owe £19.99 for a subscription to said site.

This is via something called micro billings system,

Is this just a scam has anyone else has this problem?

It is very embarrassing.

do you have pop up blocker on?

Try running spyware programs like AVG anti-spyware, get it here:

http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5

if that does not clean it provide a HijackThis log. get the progam from here:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

and post the log up for people to have a look at for you.

hmmm ive switched to firefox but this bill keeps coming up on explorer.

Have you been through the malware removal guide? http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=133269 If it's malware it will load up it's own page whether you have explorer loaded up or not.
