Izzy the Dumb Blonde. Sooo pretty yet remarkably thick. She climbed in and out of the window but screamed the place down once she was out there.

Izzy kept going behind the fridge and I didn't really know why. One day I saw a carrier bag handle sticking out from behind the fridge so I dragged it out with a sweeping brush....10 minutes later the cat stop talking to me, I'd just destroyed the home that she'd spent 18 months building. I thought OH had been throwing the carrier bags in the bin, I now realise that there was an easier explanation for the missing shopping bags! Near the door the pile is about 2 foot deep.

Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Every Christmas Tree needs a cat (until the tree decorator gets sick to death of hunting baubles down every morning so takes the tree down 2 days after christmas.)

    Loving Izzy and her exploits!
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.

You know cats are supposed to land on their feet. Izzy is either too stupid to know that or she really can't be bothered. She regularly trips herself up and only a couple of days ago she fell down 2 stairs, landed on her back, tried to flip over, jumped onto the bottom step, ran head first into the wall which made her jump another step and she came to a stop with her face planted firmly in her food bowl. My OH was creasing with laughter at her, I just had to shake my head despairingly at her. I have never known such a dumb cat in my life. She'll lie on her side on a step with her head hanging off the end so it looks like she's upside down and as soon as she stretches her legs she pushes herself off the step and rolls down the stairs. She makes absolutely no effort whatsoever to stop her fall. I don't laugh at her anymore, I'd never stop if I did.
