HSBC PPI Payout

After approx 1 yr of haggling HSBC have now agreed to pay out on my PPI claim after following the instructions on Martins web site so thanks .
My query now is do i accept the banks first offer or not and can anyone advise me on this or indeed let me know what they did ??

    Hi Lozzy92, we can't advise without any figures. Have they supplied you with a breakdown of their offer. If you have the details we can look at them to see if they are giving you fair redress.
