Case with E ON; Ombudsman intervened then...

So you believe because the Ombudsman bungled the case E ON get away with it? that doesn't seem correct or just0

Once a final decsion is made thats end of it for them, then the ombudsman makes a decion which is biding, if you respond and accept within that time its houred. After this time its done on a good office offer only.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

yes basically the situation is we were confirmed verbally the case would be re-opened as they failed to provide correct documents originally then they feel my mother added some provisions to her acceptance letter. She didn't. Therefore they are going to review this now (eventually got to a much higher up)
that phonecall + a scanned copy of that letter surely will mean they will "help" us again. It seems more like a very poor admin error0
