Do the sun email a priority code, if you request one?

am a regular sun holiday user, and this year, I didnt recieve my priority code, so have emailed them twice, but have had nothing back. Do they generally post it, or email?

    Best to ring them - I think they will eventually respond to email contact but it's slower than usual now bookings have started.

    I rang them and told them my priority code wasn't working the chap on the phone gave me another number which did work.
