PPI Claim

I put a claim in last year with Black Horse for a number of loans had in the past, this has been upheld and have been offered £4413!! I received my waiver letter inbetween Xmas and New year to which I signed and returned straight away. After numerous phonecalls to check they had received the signed waiver i have been told they havent received it. I rand on the 9th Jan and was told they would send out another which I am still waiting for, rang again today to infrom them i still havent received the waiver letter and to be told they will send yet another one. I asked them to send it recorded delivery to which they said they only send out correspondence by 2nd class post. It will be next week by the time I receive it (if I do that is) I will be sending it back recorded to make sure they receive it. They also tell me once it has been received it can take upto another 8 weeks to receive payment. I am starting to lose patience now. Would like to know if anyone else has had problems with Black Horse or any other company. Thanks

Hi and welcome

Did you post by signed for recorded delivery?
If so you can check the delivery status and there's often a signature on the date of delivery.

If you keep getting these problems, ask your local MP to write to them on your behalf.
