1. The competition Promoter is Visit Finland, The Finnish Tourist Board, P.O. Box 625, Töölönkatu 11, FI-00101 HELSINKI, FINLAND.
2. The competition opens on 17 October 2011 and will close on 31 March 2012 at midnight.
3. All competition entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Visit Finland or any company associated with the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. The competition prize is a holiday for two persons to Finland, upto the value of 2000 Euros. The prize includes: flights, accommodation, meals and activities as selected by the winner. Travel insurance is not included; it should be purchased separately by the winner and their guest, and should cover all of the winner's chosen activities.
5. The holiday must be taken between 08 April 2012 and 31 December 2012. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
6. The winner will be contacted on or before 07 April 2012 via email. If the winner does not reply within seven days, a new winner will be selected. The winner will also be announced on https://www.takemetowonderland.co.uk and on https://www.visitfinland.com
7. 50 "I wish I was in Finland" t-shirts will be given away as runner-up prizes. Winners will be notified on or before 07 April 2012 via email.
8. By participating in this competition, you automatically grant Visit Finland a worldwide license to use, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt and distribute any content you have supplied, for any purposes connected to the campaign or its promotion. You also agree that Visit Finland may remove any content that might be offensive, illegal, and/or that might violate the immaterial rights of any third parties.
9. Personal details given when entering the competition will be kept in a temporary campaign register. Data relating to entrants will be retained for a reasonable period after the competition closes to deal with any queries on the competition.
10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Finnish data protection legislation.
