Morning everybody I hope you all slept well with the temperatures dropping so low. Just had a lovely breakfast that cost me very little yoghurt for less than 10p fruit for less then 30p and the day is going to get better making a roast dinner later I paid nothing full price to cook this. I love whoopsies. won't be going shopping today as I have filled the freezer again. for those who are going shopping I hope you get lots of bargains. lets hope the temperature rises above freezing.

In the midst of all this I hope you are taking care of yourself, remember on a plane they tell you to put your oxygen mask on first then put one on a child! You are no good to anyone if you get ill.

Having said that I really should have listened to my own advice last year I was all over the place looking after 3 very ill people & what happens I get shingles & have a fall no use to anyone.
