I emailed Sainsbobs a couple of weeks ago to say how obliging and cheerful all the youngest members of staff were in 2 of their branches.

I had an email back saying....

    Thanks...we'll pass your message on!!!

Still think it's nice to give credit where credit is due though. People are always quick to complain but not so quick to praise

That is so true, and in actual fact Mr T sending me £5 for a poor 65p item is quite impressive but then I am easily pleased!:rotfl:

They are available in liquid form. I haven't got them yet though. I assume that if I asked for liquid form then they will say no, as note said tablets.

I'll try to eat them with food, as it said with or without food is allowed.

I'm rubbish at taking tablets, ask if its ok to crush them up, some can, some can't. If they can squash them between 2 dessertspoons or bash them in some thick paper & mix with some jam.

I do agree with Happy on the whole the most important thing that has been mentioned is with a lot of antidrepressants you can't just suddenly stop them so if you decide they are not for you after a trial you will have to go back to the doctor who will tell you if you have a gradually lower dose or can stop.

Be sure to get loads of sleep, eat good stuff & drink plenty of water.

back home :( not any better :( and with bf who's really mad at me :(

so we went to that damn walk-in clinic and had to wait 2 hours for one of the two GPs to see me! everyone got to go in before me until I went three times to remind them I'm still there! bf was livid as we went straight after his work :o and once I got there she starts talking about painkillers and all other rubbish when I tried everything and she sounded like she knew nothing about it  (sorry, probably wrong, but I really felt like it :o ) finally got the prescription(after a few 'computer problems') and then off to find a pharmacy...

got the orajel but didn't really help(as the infection is under a crown so no way to get through...) and painkillers work now for less then 30 mins :(:(:( will give the new antibiotics 24 hours and try tramadol if no choice but I feel like I'm dying :(:(:( off to bed :(:(:(

This is exactly what my prob is at the moment - try very gently brushing around the tooth with sensitive toothpaste - sounds whacky, but I find it really helps. When pain goes off a bit, put oil of cloves on it. It may take a couple of days for the antibiotics to kick in - I had metronizadol (not sure of spelling) so cant have any alcohol with them. I find cocodamol helps most, with ibuprofen in between doses. Try and sleep 'propped up' a bit, because when you lie down it goes worse because of the blood flow (sorry). That's why it always seems worse in the middle of the night. This is the third abscess I have had in 3 years. Dentist wont touch the tooth until the abscess has calmed down.
  • Met a really nice SA in my local T's tonight, she was busy looking for items to whoopsie with BB dates I was stood quite close by and noticed a pack of ribeye steak that said sell b4 9th, best b4 10th. So I asked her if this is one she would be reducing. No she says, that should have been done yesterday I cant sell you that. I am reducing these though would you like them. I walked away with 7 packs of different meats all less than half price - Lovely lady.

Ive always been asked for the receipt & they always anally check all the numbers match, check I own the corresponding clubcard, then write PCG on the receipt so you cant reuse it with a photocopied voucher. Not that Ive ever had any pricecheck vouchers worth anything, think the most Ive had is about 50p! & they wont take more than one at a time. Most of the time the items I know are cheaper in A's dont check (is there a emoticon that scratches its chin whilst going hmmm?!)

Evening All, been lurking for a while now, not very talkative person i only post when i find something. Love reading you all. Would like to send big hugs to those who need it.
Got my first innocent DTD last night on Tesco ready to eat smoked salmon, £6 half price red sticker, scanned at £12, SA refunded £12 after i showed her the shelf with stickered salmon.
Not 1p but found a clip strip with white SEL 24p Pokemon keychain that shoots water bar code 68851.
RTC on Army forces face paint 8p
  • Has anyone else had a problem getting the 10p off diesel voucher. Went to T's and spent £63.00 (I know it was difficult), with vouchers it came to £52.00. Got another £5MOC but no petrol voucher. I asked SA who looked at receipt and said that it was cos I had used coupons. the £60 had to be the amount I paid. Is this correct as I would have thought that coupons are part payment and therefore the spend should be before payment.
