I forgot how much I hate the wait (was 20 mins early and 20 mins delay). I've been asked to take therapy next week and anti-depressants for a couple weeks to see how I go.
I had counseling last year, which I didn't like tbh, maybe it was just the counselor I had. He just made me more upset and down with myself. Which I assumed wasn't the idea!
I don't know what to think at the moment tbhI've never taken anti-depressants before and wonder how they will work. (yeah I know they're meant to help) but how will they effect me etc. if that makes any sense.
Hi lovingtescoforever
Well done for going to the Doc :T. My DS works with young men, with mental health needs, and a lot self medicate with alcohol etc which may 'help' them deal with their situations but in turn causes other problems. You know your own body and mind (you mentioned running isn't working for you anymore) and you seem to have a lot on your plate at the moment (mum and uni).
A combination of talking therapies and a mild anti-depressant could be helpful for you at this time. Lots of people have been helped a great deal by anti-depressents and don't forget 1 in 4 people have mental health issues. If you have any more concerns do some research and when the time comes to stop the tabs it needs to be a gradual/phased reduction with your GP's guidance.

Sorry to hear this grumpy
although food should stay frozen for about 24 hours even if freezer isn't working as long as the door isn't opened.
Do you have any friends or neighbours that could help you out?
YES it should, but I didn't know it had stopped working
TBH I think I'll just eat it as and when as there isn't that much in there anyway - single ol me never fills the freezer upDemocracy: Where any two idiots can outvote a genius.0 -

I am so glad to see the back of this (insert naughty word) week.
Found out that OH's dad has cancer:(:(. It's been awful, has lost alot of weight in the last week and just not himself.
But would like to thank Tweets and Gemini Jes for cheering me up. They were so funny :rotfl:
I am glad you had a laugh.....so sorry to hear about your Dad in law..xxBorn to glitch0 -

That's a good point! Well if you can eat it then that's good and it won't go to waste.
I always keep some tortilla wraps in the freezer, I knew when my freezer wasn't plugged in properly because when I looked for something for tea the wraps had gone soft although everything else was still ok.:T
If you have wraps from the OEP glitch you can use them!
And the freezer wasn't plugged in properly because my cat Bertie knocked something off the top and knocked out the plug...:eek:Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be

been lurking last few days and playing catch up... thank god for the forum works last night as otherwise I would stand no chance!
bad toothache here:(:(
and it's my own fault as I had it back in the summer, been in bad pain 5+ days ending in A&E begging them to give me anything to stop the painand once the second lot of antibiotics worked I forgot all about it! then we were moving and I was looking for work etc. The dentist warned me it will come back!
So I'm now suffering for the third day, finishing off the useless antibiotics the dentist gave me last time and it doesn't work! went to the GP surgery for better ones but they refused to see me as I'm not registered yet and it will take them 7-10 days!so I'm now taking 2 neurofens and 2 panadols every 2-3 hours and waiting for bf to come home and take me to some walk in clinic
keeping the tramadol for the worst that is probably yet to come
*crying like a baby and wanting her mummy*
I soo can't stand pain, I can't magine giving birth to a baby! It's probably what puts me off most!
sorry, had to tell someonebf is sick of listening to me
Hope you've managed to get your tooth sorted, toothache is one of the worst pains EVER!!Hi Freddies!
I'm not entirely sure when the flights will come out, but rest assured I will be keeping my beadies open, and will give you a heads up as soon as I see some. Maybe we could all have a thread get together out there! LOL
Must admit I am coming round more and more to the "Get in when they are released" school of thought, rather than catching a Ryanair sale price. The bargains just aren't there any more, and I'm getting increasingly sick of Mr O' Leary's antics. (Not showing more than one price at a time on screen, the security hoops to log on, changing the payment method again and all the messing about and hidden charges with the new card, weighing the bags as well as putting them in the measuring cage etc etc....). Thanks to Sir Brainy I managed to get our summer holiday flights the day easyjet released them, and got a really good price, so I'm definitely going to watch out for this from now on.
As far as teabags are concerned I know what you mean - I too tend to have standard prices where I'll buy something. I can strongly recommend the Sainsbobs Basics teabags which are 80 for 30p, which I saw recommended on MSE and tried. This was discussed on another thread and quite a few people had also tried them and agreed. They're also Fairtrade which is always good. :A
Have always got flights on release but normally go away May/June. Going to Majorca, Camp de Mar & S'illot this year 10 days for 4 of us £800 inc car hire. Couldn't book for Dsd as she doesn't know her A'level exam timetable yet but if she wants to come it will her flights will be nearly half that:eek:HappyChappy84 wrote: »You don't expect T's to be that much on the ball do you?:rotfl::rotfl:
Ive always been asked for the receipt & they always anally check all the numbers match, check I own the corresponding clubcard, then write PCG on the receipt so you cant reuse it with a photocopied voucher. Not that Ive ever had any pricecheck vouchers worth anything, think the most Ive had is about 50p! & they wont take more than one at a time. Most of the time the items I know are cheaper in A's dont check (is there a emoticon that scratches its chin whilst going hmmm?!)0
