To wind back a day or two, the manager at our local Mr T's WAS called Mark, its Paul now.

Happy I've tried answering twice now the netbook knows we are talking about it & won't post. should be back on desktop tomorrow, will be giving it a SEVERE TALKING TO when back from my break.

Nothing works to open messages or links. I only use this when I'm too ill for the desktop

Lovingtescoforever is in the midlands at uni but home this week. i was wondering if they must be people at uni who can give help & advice & there is usually some sort of group for everything. You said you Mum suffers depression possibly you are not clinically depressed as a medical condition it might be your circumstances that are bringing you down. seek out every avenue and we're happy to hear any rants etc you need to have

Hi my daughter is at uni in the midlands. Can i ask what uni Lovingtesco forever goes to please.

hello to you all, i've written a big list out today of who i was going to mention by name and now i have gone and lost my list! Grrr i just wanted to send big hugs and get well soon wishes to all that needed hugs today.

Bensonsmam, so sorry to hear about your problem today, my oh was appalled the price the garage was charging and he even asked me if you lived near to us as he would come and do it for you for free.

i only found the cupcake napkins yesterday and today they scanned full price!
Found ood sels on the easter eggs in 3 different stores today so i got 1 free from each store! still kicking myself though as i should have gone out last night to check and then i could have got all my easter eggs for free then before this new offer started! :(

had no luck with anything else today :(

Nahteb - thank you so much to your husband, its really lovely to know that there are some good guys out there, im not worried that he didn't do it but as the thought was there i would like to give him a big kiss (with your permission of course) to say Thank you :T:T

See its good to share our ideas no matter how silly they might seem.

Another stamp tomorrow...just remembered i was going to bed over 1/2 ago. Got in and its blinkin freezin. Leccy blanket light is on but no heat:eek:
I found another really easy way to save a few quid.
I bank online with Lloyds and they have a scheme whereby every time you use your debit card they round the transaction up to the nearest pound and transfer the difference into an online savings account. It's called save the change
I pay for virtually everything by debit card, so the pennies soon mount up and you don't notice it at all!
Don't know if other banks offer the same,
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
  • Night, is your DD school age? if so will you get a lie in next week - Hope you do!

    Hello Everyone
Can't let my husband see this one he loves nerf stuff, buys it for himself rather than the kids

My DH is the same, he has a nerf gun - said he was buying it for DS but DS hardly gets a shot!
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist
