Evening everyone
Just had another battle with MrT for DTD, Picked up two Finish Quantumatic starter kits sel £5.07 RTC from £10.15 which went through the till at £10.15. After speaking to CS i am told a superviser will have to check it. Took the Duty manager over to the RTC section who looks at SEL and says I will have to check the bar code (551677) to make sure its the same item. When it matches she then says the description is different ?, we walk back to the CS desk and she says to the CA given a refund and then charge the reduced price . I asked if you have priced it wrong sould it not be DTD , no i'm told as its not the same item. I asked if its not the same item why is the bar code the same , to be told there are two bars codes on the SEL and that anyway that it can be different :eek: and she says again description is different. So I then decided to take her to the main isle display and showed her the price and the same discription.

DTD then paid in cash. Will be speaking to HO tomorrow.

hello to you all, i've written a big list out today of who i was going to mention by name and now i have gone and lost my list! Grrr i just wanted to send big hugs and get well soon wishes to all that needed hugs today.

Bensonsmam, so sorry to hear about your problem today, my oh was appalled the price the garage was charging and he even asked me if you lived near to us as he would come and do it for you for free.

i only found the cupcake napkins yesterday and today they scanned full price!
Found ood sels on the easter eggs in 3 different stores today so i got 1 free from each store! still kicking myself though as i should have gone out last night to check and then i could have got all my easter eggs for free then before this new offer started!

had no luck with anything else today
