o0o0o i have a good question :D:D:D does anyone know any stuff good at cleaning carpets, the carpet in my flat is one of them really cheap ones landlords chuck in a flat before you move in, it has horizontal and vertical ( i think thats right) lines running up and down it etc from where there is no underlay, and my son dropps everything on carpet it is really stained badly. i was thinking abrout not bothering with it and moving out just pretending the carpet is fine but i want it cleaN its so gross, ive tried foams and vanish hand carpet shampoo which worked a bit but not enough, i dont want to rent a carpet cleaner because if it doesnt work its too much money for me to just throw away

  • Went to Dunhelm Mills earlier to see if there were any of the reduction in store, only to find that today of all days it was closed early for stocktaking. Perhaps they had to find all the 10p baking trays!!!!

welcome please don't get a ladybird avatar as I have a very bad phobia about them  i have to avert my eyes at the bags for life in T's & i saw a bag of chocolate ladybirds for valentine's day in a metro the other day I nearly threw up & had a panic attack all at the same time :o

Lol! My 3 yr old is obsessed with them, hence my user name. Didn't even think about the Tesco bag connection! Maybe that's where she got her obsession, subliminal after seeing so many Tesco bags in her time lol!

Mr M's rent out a carpet cleaner near us, dont know if they all do I think it is those stores that used to be Safeway that have them. They work really well and should move the stains if you buy the carpet cleaner with it. HTH

    Evening!

Off to very warm bed, allbeit alone, with ipad, to watch the hotel and read through what ive managed to do towards my book.

I've watched that tonight...I like it because I'm from Torquay and keep hoping there will be someone I recognise in it!
Our local paper has reported that since the series began, bookings have rocketed.
My daughter regularly takes the kids swimming there. (they also have an indoor pool which hasn't been shown) The hotel is in a lovely position...literally just yards from the beach....as long as nobody minds the slightly eccentric or very camp management team :rotfl::rotfl:
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
