Here in east surrey there is about 6 inches of snow I am not going to venture out today but have a relaxing day at home . Last night I was persuaded to part with some of my hard earned cash to take the wife daughter and grand child on a holiday. to Thailand and then on to Singapore to see if it has changed much since I was there in the army in the 60s If you have to go out in the snow today becareful
Luck you, if you go to Bangkok please check out the Bridge over the River Kwai trip, we went 18 months ago and I still count it as one of the best days ever. Enjoy.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

When I think I have found a bargain I can't wait to get online and share with you all on this thread because you are my like-minded cyber friends and I know that you are all eager to report back with your successes too for my benefit and that of others here.
Do I dash home to share on a thread with hundreds of lurkers who I know nothing of and care nothing for? No, of course I don't. The chat-free threads are full of people who want you to dish it all up on a plate - details, photos, barcodes... - so they can go and clear the shelves in their local. Most of the time they can't even be bothered to press the 'thanks' button.
Posted something very similar to this on the coupon thread earlier this morning. Will probably get deleted or moved but did want to try and appeal for some common sense.0 -
Right see you all later, off to check older DD homework.
Hope you all have a great day.
May go looking for some snow0 -
Morning everyone,
Bit of a lurker here, but really only because I mainly shop somewhere else.
Anyway I had to pop n to my local T's last night, and I must admit my head was full of mince so I'd totally forgot about anything I've read on here, until I came across the Disney Princess Stocking Bags. It was the K1ngsw4y store and there was a clip strip of about 10 hanging in the sweet aisles. I only took one because I don't know any little girls that I could give them to but I don't think they look Christmassy at all, even though they're stocking shaped so it may be worth someone having a look for.
HTH someone.:)

I recall someone mentioning Yaktrax yesterday and someone else asking about wearing heels. I just ordered a normal pair of Yaktrax (see Grabbit for thread) but Amazon has shown me similar items and this is one of them:

Hope that helps whoever was asking.
Oh and Happy Birthday Mr 4p :beer:0
