    Hi Everyone

I have finally plucked up the courage to post on this thread.
I would like to thank you all for all the advice I have picked up over the last two weeks.
I am just about to go the T's and today will actually have time to look very closely at things.
I am down in Sussex would be nice to know who is local

    See you later

    Hi Forestroxydog
Ever wanted to know what it's like when the lunatics have taken over the asylum????

    Welcome to the madhouse!;)

My logic on the whoopsies today is their won't be many because lots of people will do their shopping early today and stay in tomorrow. So I think tomorrow will be good for whoopsies because most people will have shopped today if you know what I mean:o

Sorry Afternoon everyone it's freezing here! We are forcast our snow about 6 ish so I'm off to T's in a minute to get my bits and pieces then coming home to stay in the warm. DS is going on an evening out to London tonight and the more I suggest it's not the best idea with the snow forecast and the way the tube stops running at the hint of snow, the more he's insisting on going. So will let him learn the hard way if he gets stranded;) not really I'll probably persuade OH to go and get him:o

It's actually warming up here and it's raining now....so this is the snow that's heading the rest of the country's way....
My DD has just set off for Bristol....to go nightclubbing at some ex icerink!!
I've told her she'll end up getting stranded but there's no telling them is there. At 22 she know's it all!!
Her BF is at Uni there so at least she has somewhere to stay I suppose.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

If the weather is right, the snow will quickly turn into rain so she'll be fine :)

miss laid. i think you are entitled to much more break than that. you should check that out. i work from 6.30 to 4pm and get 2 half hour breaks.

i know times are tough but that is slavery:mad:

Not sure of exact rules, but I think you need to check the Working Time Regulations - if you google it, it should bring you up the Government/HSE website with details.

Small dtd. Tesco Southern Fried mini chicken fillets chilled. Large sign at end of aisle says £2.00 per pack. Half stickered £2 other half priced at £3 and stickered 2 for £5. Picked up 4 packs of the £3 ones and they went thro' at 2 for £5. Went to cs and was told that they were not the right ones. Took her to show her where they were but she stopped half way at another display of them that were at the side end of the aisle. I told her that I hadn't got them from there and went to the main aisle. She looked and said that the £2 ones were smaller fillets. I said that mine were mini fillets - as the sign said! After staring at them for a few minutes, she said your pack is 305g and the offer was on the 270g. Ok but why are theyse packs there? They've put them in the wrong place again! How misleading, I murmur. Walking back to the cs desk she told me that I could have them at the £2 price but as it was their fault. I was entitled to get dtd! So 4 x packs for £6. Best way would be to buy just one of the £3 packs (if they are with the £2 ones) then the dtd would mean that they only cost you £1. hth
