Tinyshoes, you arent missing anything! And a big sloppy kiss for you know what, although i think they had a clean over the last few nights as found it back n rightful place!
Not a deep clean though as i did find ood sel for lucozade sport light 4 packs, half price on sel scanned at full. Stocked up with 6 lots.
also this weird gun thing that you slot your mobile or ipod into to lay war games, appblaster.
Marked at half price but scanned at full so free also.
Good job too as they are only £13 pn amazon and mr t was charging £29.99, and that was the hlaf price price. Eek!Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0 -
Thanks. Will do, she might make it to become one of your junior doctors.
Don't know if you ever read she did come 3rd out of the year in her written mock so really hope she has done as well in the real thing.
There were 3 tests, I know one bit they had to do different stations, one was setting up and looking at something under the microscope. She had to start again as she could not see anything. But I said I'm sure that will be fine as she was still just within the time and they did not have to identify anything specifically. She also said she forgot to thank a patient at another station. But the actual written exam she was just pleased to get over and thought it had gone ok. Can't remember what other bit was, might have been multiple choice? So just the waiting game now!
Hope the stethoscope she got for xmas will get good use. She made me laugh though as did not know which colour to choose.
:T:T:T
fantastic!
she sounds like a good little worker! need to teach her some Ts glitching though! :rotfl:
it's inevitable that the odd station will go badly, especially in exam conditions and the intense pressure that goes along with it.
my piece of advice would be smile as you enter the station, be very warming/friendly to the patient, wash hands with the alcogel and always thank the patient.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Meant to ask earlier in the week has anyone seen the coming or going of any of the savoury xmas stuff. Remember getting cranberry sauce, cranberry and redcurrant jelly and finest chestnuts last year for 1p. And think certain flavours of paxo were too. Could not see any leftover cranberry other day and forgot to look for chestnuts. Though I still have few jars left and still good until 2013.0

Not been up to posting much lately, just recovering from an op
Just wanted to join in with the support to BRING BACK HC, it's amazing how a thread can change so much without the input of just one person. Some of the things HC wrote may have been a little risky but it was obvious to see no harm was ever intended and he'd happily delete things if necessary, where as there are some people on this forum who go out of their way to cause trouble and offend!
And finally, just wanted to say Congratulations Karlie, well done you! :T :T0 -

No worries.
Were there couple on bottom shelf as I did leave some there too. Was next shelf up as I said? I thought would be safe as didn't think those files would be selling quickly and so pushed 2 right behind. And still was few on bottom shelf.0 -
Use a screwdriver, spoon or similar in the refil hole to lever off the top, then refill with own soap and replace top
I believe if you search on youtube, there are videos showing how to do it
I just put a screwdriver under the cap & popped it off, filled it with Fairy & pressed it back on, works fab!0 -
Hi FK. I think Caz has had some hard times and probably feeling a bit low. We all go through it from time to time and to various degrees.
I assume,as usual, you are just being a bit TIC:cool:and are just trying to raise the mood:)
Trying to guess how to post on here can, at times, be a bit of a lottery with so many people of varied backgrounds and opinions. One mans meat etc...
From my own point of view I don't see the bickering, unfriendliness, arguments that several people have commented on as being seriously any more than you see on a Saturday afternoon in the "so called" Premier League or Xfactor etc. However, that is just me i should note.:)
I may be going out on a limb here but I do think that heated debate and exchange of ideas (rational of course) is not bickering. and is part of the everyday life that should be embraced on this thread:)
It was just TIC and trying to lighten the mood. I think people should be used to my (warped) sense of humour by now!
I meant what I said about the ignore button though. No point continually locking horns with someone you don't even know if there really is no common ground. The ignore button simply diffuses the whole situation.
I'm also in full agreement about the heated debate thing. Nothing wrong with good solid debate at all...happens a lot on here but some seem to see it as bickering. I don't.
FAO wool.....why would you want to go into lurk mode? I wasn't having a go at anyone just used the recent incident as an example thats all.0
