    Thanks JJ,

Absolutely! I'm 100% certain there was no intention to offend whatsoever.

I know some people would find it offensive, and I was only hoping to avoid a row before one started. Nearly started one myself, methinks. :o:o

    Let's move on, huh? :)

    OB

    "Poor choice of expression"
    guilty

    "Offense mean't"

    not guilty.

Sorry didn't think before posting, have amended and hope no offense was taken.

Hi can anyone tell me please if the meal deal jtd wine still working today. Many thanks

Don't think so cos that wine is (according to tesco.com) not part of the new deal.
  • Well some idiot decided to park their works van in a parent & toddler space in tesco without a child and then proceeded to reverse out of it straight into the side of me. I've asked if they've got it on cctv in case i need it but they've rung back and said the camera was facing the other way.
I've just got off the phone from my insurance and they said they'll arrange for a courtesy car for me but it will be a corsa or something similar but my car is chevrolet orlando (7 seater mpv), theres no way we'll get oh wheelchair in the boot of a corsa.

Thanks FK for the quick response
Yes it was the FP 196 on Rtc
I was stood there trying to memorize which model it was thinking easy peasy but forgot as soon as I walked out of the store
Couldn't go back as was late for work

Well at least that saves a mouthful from my brother who doesn't mince his words and already thinks I'm a crackpot

    By the way
I missed a DTD yesterday in the same store we got the irons and vacuum
Unfortunately SA changed the sel when I got back with a trolley

Might be worth having a nosey down the cycle aisle to check SELs up to date
This one was a 20 inch boys bike was on offer 1/2 price

Any opinions or previous experiences of an SEL being changed while you are wandering around the store?
Generally I try to pay quickly to prevent this occurrence but apart from taking a photo ( how would you explain taking a photo of an SEL?)
GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!

Thanks OP ... I managed to get £40 DTD on Bob the Builder Delux Construction set ... SEL £9.97 scanned at £29.97

YAY ... I've started my Christmas shopping already!!!

BTW I saw a whole aisle top of remote controlled cars with red Half Price stickers (£70 to £35) ... this was my local store and was too chicken to go for two DTDs in one hit.

Ask for like for like replacement, don't settle for any crap, this happened to me before and I got offered a corsa,

    I said "I don't drive a corsa, i drive a land rover",

got exact make and model as mine for 2 weeks no charges.
