Happy birthday to tinyshoes mum.
Couldnt find any penny items today so settled for being paid to take away £85 worth of shopping instead!
My list was hot cross buns, milk, bread a bob e builder construction set. Sel said £9.98 from £23.99 out of date, have been looking for this in local store but all sels were changed to higher price. Some wine ood sel £10.99 to £5.49.
used a £5 off voucher on £85 total.
Imagine my horror when looking at my receipt Was charged. Full price for the wine so got £55 back = free
The bob toy had scanned at £29.99. So £40 dtd. Total back £95!!
The manager had to sign it off and he couldnt have been more jovial. He asked the cs lady where the hats were that said banned from store!! Then he pointed me in the direction of the other local extra. Made a nice change
OMG! Thank you so much Wool!! I just got the Bob the builder construction tower in f0rest @ch label on big cardboard display saying £9.97 and was charged £29.97!!
If this is anyones local there is another label still out on an end of isle on the bottom shelf there was no construction towers there but the label is! there are other Bob the builder stuff on this end of isle display.
I hope that makes sense as I'm on my mobile. Lol good luck x

I'm unhappy as this was a real whopper. I bet it comes back as cannot compare! I have just re entered my details with a new address but changing the time to a 12hr digital instead.
I just re-enter with any address as long as it has an @ and a dot in the right palce it doesn't matter if its the same as the first time. I don't change any dates or times, don't need to.
Also if a receipt has been used for a price check then discarded in the car park and wombled by someone else as long as its not been signed the wombler would not always be aware it has been used iyswim
Tesco doing half a job as usual :TCouldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can

Spot on self employed, my monthly share buys are my private pension fund ( and can be offset against tax liabilites
).
Core holding are defensive low risk average yield.
Have some high risk exposure ( oil exp/ miners and emerging markets).
Sometimes buy units in ftse100 tracker fund, regardless of ft100 price, the divi is stable, I re invest the divi into more units to get the compund effect
My football betting is my high risk area, usually make a profit and feed that into current account to allow for extra's in the shopping.
Got an extra £25 last night, after the qpr match i bet against inter milan result was 4 4.

I thought JTDs were above board and fair game? Why or how would a SA be miffed at repeat purchses?0 -
I have only been to this home store once about 6 weeks ago, but found scanners upstairs in bedding area, working and downstairs on a pillar by toys and kids clothing, also working. Having said that it was really busy when I went and didn't find any mega bargains - I hope you have better luck! It is part of a retail park, also near to the town shops - such as they are! I haven't visited the other T's in the area.
Thats great, thankyou! :T I shall try and get there at the end of next week,0
