hi all was wondering if anyone can help bought two gift sets from the christmas stuff today that was by a price that said 75p they scanned at £4 each i went cs and she said they was not 75p was suppose to be
£2 they was in the wrong place i said to her i get double the diffrence and she said no you ndidnt get over charged i will give you them at 75p each and your money back i was over charged or am wrong thankyou what do i do as i was over charged not my fault the things was in the wrong place and they charged £4 for them and they was suppose to be £2.even though i thought they was 75p

If the 75p sel was for exactly the same product that you purchased, then a dtd refund of £13 would definately apply.
If it was for a different item (or even similar) then cs may argue the point. However in your case the cs sa confirmed the item should have been £2, so in fact confirmed an overcharge of £2 on each item anyway. You should therefore be entitled to a dtd refund of at least £8, for the confirmed overcharge.
I would contact HO and explain the situation. I'm sure they will agree and either send you a giftcard or give you a ref number to take back to the store.
    hth :)

Small boots glitch still working and poss money of rest of shop!:T

    buy 2 vits under 1.99 and 1 energise/revitalise shot @1.99,

if you buy the cheapest vit @ 0.79 x 2, you will get £1.20 off your shop!

    shot 1.99
    vit @ 0.79
    vit @ 0.79 ,

till takes off -1.99 for shot and -0.79 on 3 for 2 giving £1.20 off the rest of your shop, worked for me today!!!:D

Apologies for being thick, but doesnt it just mean youre paying 79p for the final set of vitamins? Sorry, cant see how you're getting £1.20 off?
