    :hello:

back home from my exams... :D have an awful lot of pages to catch up on :o (can't bear to miss any and I'm still on Saturday's posts...) exams were ok, still waiting for some results but actually I'm not very bothered... if something went wrong I'll just try next time(end of May) and I'll hopefully graduate in June and I can't wait to see the back of it... :p

I'm really missing bf now :(:(:( It's not nice not to see him here when I come back and it's gonna be another 4 days :( we never separated for so long in the last 3 years or so :o:o:o I thought it will be nice to have a little break and have some time for myself(I love spending time just with myself normally) but I think I prefer to have him sat next to me when I'm catching up with you... :o

AND I have no car until Saturday and already seen something about good deal on the meal deals with certain red wine and JTD  If there is more 'heavy' glitches this week I might make a few trips in a taxi :eek::eek:

hope everyone is well and lots of hugs to those who might need some :)

    off to catch up...

    Where is your BF then?

I have just run into Tesco an hour ago on the way back from a field trip. Bought a steak n kidney pie RTC £1.55 and chunky chips to have with veggies as a quick, too tired to cook tea as the oh is taking kids climbing in a few minutes.
    Well I feel robbed!!
The steak m kidney pie was supposed to be £3.10. Would anyone actually pay that much?!!!

I feel robbed at £1.55. There was hardly any meat. The pie was just air inside and the pastry was yucky cardboard.
The packaging seemed to suggest a large pie but when quartered they were not even toddler portions!!!

My home made 'leftover pies' cost pence to make and are divine. I know it's a little quibble but I cannot believe the price of so called convenience foods. If that is how much someone would pay for such a tiny insubstantial and inferior pie, them I don't know how joe public can afford to eat.

So glad it's a one off. A supposedly quick, bung in the oven meal has left me feeling pretty annoyed.
Pudding was a punnet of raspberries and a natural yoghurt blended into a smoothie as no time to bake :(

Hope everyone has eaten better than me tonight!!!

Making a chilli tomorrow so leftover pies will be on the menu for middle of the week!!
