    Aaaahhhhh they look so cute:)

Totally O/T now, but just back from the doctors, booked in for steroid next week for my elbow but it's been getting me down and I can't sleep with the pain so the doctor has prescribed one 25mg amitriptyline tablet everynight to see if it will get me through the night. We had a bit of a "discussion" about them because I always thought they were anti depressants and I'm not depressed, but he said no in low doses they are good as a muscle relaxant and should help me sleep.Has anyone else ever used then for this, I hate taking tablets:(

Oh Nikki....go carefully with that stuff!!
I had them prescribed for migraine and was only on 10mg.
They completely wiped me out....I was sleeping for up to 12 hours and it was like trying to wake the dead.
I also found them really sedating during the day too....couldn't add up to save my life!
You will be on more that double the dose I took too
The pity of it was....that they did stop the migraines, so the chances are they will work for your pain too....it's just how you cope with taking them.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

    Hi Tweets
It's only eaten down here in Devon and Cornwall I think and it's our equivalent of black pudding.
It's like a big sausage made with pork, suet and herbs and not with the blood and stuff that go's into black pudding.(yukkkkk!!!)
I remember my gran making it but you can still buy it in any butcher down here and it's absolutely delish!!
If anyone is down this way on holiday, I thoroughly recommend you try some. :)

That does sound delish thank you. I would never eat black pudding

We've all missed you tiny:) You have'nt missed much over the weekend, no global glitches:(

Ah that's nice. Just reading back and reading about Czerniachas bf or Locarr posing have I missed something, last I remember that was on the promise of our Happy friend's return.

And Nikki I was prescribed the same as you for a muscle relaxant for back pain. Did the trick but had to stop taking them for same reason as QPR, lots of rubbish spouting from my mouth and forgotten conversations. Was promising the world all sorts without knowing. :o Actually could have done but can't remember, friend turned up tp borrow something I would not usually lend out and had no recollection of the conversation. They definitely did not agree with me but I seem to have a low threshold to many meds so was not a surprise. I am very limited on what painkillers I can take which was why they were prescribed for me. Hope you get on better. x

Afternoon all, is it wrong I have let DS on the xbox as a reward for being good...which is merely a ruse so I could come on here?! :p

*hugs* for SD, DODO, BensonsMum and for anyone else.

Lala my mum is on some tablet which is used for depression but hers is used to treat something totally different. It's worth a try I would say :)

Well my potato rash (dermatitis) Is getting a lot worse, I now have patches all over my arms, and my hands/wrists are terrible, I can not wash the pots, and more or less any house work is irritating it. OH begged me to re think taking the roaccutane (and not just so he gets out of housework lol).

Loving the doggy clothing pics :D

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
