I don't think there's much you can do with that TBH , I think the white covers would only make it look worse.
Looks like they took the easy option of running the pipes form the sink - but it might have been the only option with out knowing the room setup

Just fitted a shower in a b'room with similar setup to that, but put the shower on opposite end of bath (facing taps iykwim) as it was easier to run the water pipes and electrics behind that wall so no visible pipework, plus not showering in front of a window !!
Thanks for the reply. The room is as wide as you can see but with the sink, length wise its as long as the bath then add a cupboard where the big boiler tank used to be, toilet is separate. The other wall is a very poor stud wall, I was told originally by the occupational therapist they would take tiles off and hide the pipes etc but that obviously didn't happen.
They have done a bendy rail so I can pull the curtain in front of the window so thats not a huge problem I just think the pipes look ugly and I know the kids are gunna want to mess with them. Would I be able to get any special paint do you know?

Well done Czer on the bf's job :) Hope now you will both be happier :T

  • Just got back, whoopsied milk again for me but tonight it was skimmed so perfect for me!! :D AND the best part was that to the person who'd reduced them 29 must look like 25 so half of the bottles on the shelf were dated 29th!! (Use by 5th feb!) So 12 pints of milk for 30p :)

Then at T's I bought jacket potatoes 22p, cox apples 60p and iceberg lettuce 48p. And had a quick look at the dry good reduced section and sat there all by himself was a 100g Lindt teddybear with no whoopsie sticker....1p :D

Already a few pages for me to catch up on!

:rotfl:The sainsbury letter posted by Sanya reminds me of an old work colleague of mine. She had bought some dogfood for her dog, but it had no meat in it, so she wrote a letter to the manufacturer, but she did it as if the letter was from her dog...

    Dear Mr Dog food maker,

I love your food, it makes me dribble just thinking about it, but imagine my disappointment when my owner opened a new can for me, only to find just a tin full of gravy. I do like your gravy, but I
really like the meaty chunks. Can you please tell me where my meaty chunks are?

    Yours
    Fido

Apparently the 'complaints' department must have been really entertained by the letter and they replied and and sent a case of dogfood direct to the dog! Its years ago now, but I remember her telling us about it, even reading the letter out in the style of her dog!:rotfl::rotfl:

Love that! When I rehomed my dog, the new owners sent me a few letters from 'Lucy', it was lovely reading them!
