Town and City Parking

Having only just found out that some of the tickets issued are scams, I was wondering if anyone knows whether tickets from Town and City Parking should be paid or ignored. I got one in Harlow back in June 2010 and paid it... wondering now if I should have? Nothing I can do now, just interesting to know. Thanks for the advice

It was at The Water Gardens Shopping Centre in Harlow. I remember being really upset at the time as I was only a few minutes late back to the car. It was *only* £20 - less than Parking Eye are asking for me now - but still a lot of money when I think who it went to. I am sooo glad I know about this now 0
