I was always disappointed that after I agreed with a cold caller to have a face to face consultation with one of their conservatory designers that they never turned up. Would have liked to see them after they climbed the 5 floors to our old flat. The telephone agent didnt think the fact we were on the 5th floor was a particular problem.

You can just imagine his face cant you...theyre takin the.....

I would have waited outside to watch his face :P

It was the face of my flat mate 6 months earlier when he answered the door (to the flat, not the building) and there was a guy puffing and panting having just walked up the 5 flights of stairs. When he finally got his breath back... "would you be interested in a conservatory?"

Perhaps it was us that were the fools and this company had some way of building conservatory balconies or such and we missed out on them.
