and actual value will not be awarded. Travel and accommodations
are subject to availability and change, and are at Sponsor’s discretion.
Meals, gratuities and all other costs and expenses associated
with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole
responsibility of the winner. All travel is subject to government

of all prizes awarded: $10,455. Prizes are not transferable or
redeemable for cash and prize substitution will not be allowed,
except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right
to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will
not be awarded. Taxes, if any, on prize are the sole responsibility
of winner. If winner cannot accept prize as stated by Sponsor,
