agree it's Peter Blake and Heston, + Emin & Gilbert & George. stripey bag is Paul Smith, glasses are David Hockney, person in hat looks like milliner Stephen Jones, but given the eye-make up it could be Boy George! cigar smoker could be Terence Conran. balc flower is Mary Quant, grumpy mouse character looks like Damien Hirst. Concorde is there too.
