The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

8. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in full by 25.05.2012.

9. No alternative will be offered to prize winners not able to take up any particular element of the prize as outlined.

10. The prize does not include travel insurance, transport or any other expenses, unless stated above.

11. All elements of the prize package are weather dependent, subject to availability, change and prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions. The prize cannot be taken during the festive and holiday periods.

12. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outwith its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 20.02.12 from all entries received by 15.02.12. Winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.

14. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
