Refund on Electricity Key

I've acidently loaded my old Electricity key with £10, is there anyway I can claim this money back or at least have it transfered onto my correct key.

They wouldn't be able to transfer it onto another key, but should be able to refund it to you. Keep the receipt just in case they need it.
