Help please to someone who hasnt got a clue

HI jsut wondering if anyone can helo me

My company did a 3 day payment on Monday for my salary and it was due it today. its now 12:38 in the afternoon and nothing is in my bank account. I have seen the report proving that my company have sent it from their barclays account to my natwest account and the statement shows that is should show up today?

Am i being too eager as my company said it could hit later today but natwest are part of the faster payment service??

ahhhhhhh

If it's salary - then unlikely to be Faster payment. It will be BACS Direct Credit - which is a 3 day cycle, as you've been advised. If to BACS on Monday - more likely to be credited overnight tonight.

Most salaries are paid by BACS direct credit, not faster payments, so it will probably credit your account overnight tonight

We pay wages via Barclays and its faster payments. Even if it was Bacs , paid on Monday it should be in your account now
Vuja De - the feeling you'll be here later

It isn't BACS ...... which is no longer useable to personal accounts. It's BACS Direct Credit ...... world of difference. And used to pay over 90% of workers in the UK. 3 day cycle with the credit date specified by the sender.
