Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help. I recently got a mobile phone on contract and I clearly stated that I did not want the insurance to go with it and I have noticed that I have fonecare insurance coming out of my bank via direct debit! so this not only means they have done as I asked them Not to, but they have used my account details to set up a direct debit - surely this cannot be right can it? can I claim anything ?
