Additional terms and conditions for 'Win the ultimate Chinese New Year experience' competition
The Competition will close at midnight on 13 February 2012 and the winner will be notified by 12pm the following day. 1. The prize includes: dinner for two at Plum Valley from Set Menu A or B with a complimentary bottle of house champagne.
2. The prize includes two nights accomodation only at St. John Hotel, valid for two consecutive nights on Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday only.
3. The prize is for the named winner and one guest.
4. The management reserves the rights of admission.
5. The prize cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.
6. The prize does not include travel and winners will be responsible for arranging this if necessary as well as any other costs associated with the prize.
7. Your information will not be passed onto any third parties that are not connected to Chinatown London or Time Out.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, incomplete or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
9. All lost, damaged or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt.
10. The Promoter will not be liable if a Prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason.
11. All entrants must be 18 or over.
