Non paying buyer on a Buy it now, no refund of listing fee?

Somebody bought an item on buy it now about 2 days ago now but has not paid! (I know, I will have to start ticking the box for 'require immediate payment for BIN'!) I sent an invoice yesterday, still no response or payment. I have never had this happen before on a BIN, I know that if I do a non paying bidder dispute, the final value fees are refunded, but unlike an auction I think there is no refund of listing fees if it sells the next time I list it?
I am tempted to next send the buyer a message saying if they want to cancel the transaction they will have to send me 40p by Paypal to cover my relisting fee! I know it is only a small amount of money really, but I always resent paying ebay any extra than I have to (pay them enough as it is!

Buyers have 4 days to pay (well in reality 7) as you can't open a dispute till then. Then close it on day 8.
Your 40p fee how wil you enforce it when they tell you where to go?
If your getting more than the off npb have a look at your listings and check no silly unenforceable terms and conditions that are attracting them.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

You don't get the listing fee refunded - you paid to advertise it. You would be in the same position if it hadn't sold at all. eBay won't give it you back - they do on auctions if the item is cancelled or doesn't sell and then sells on a relist - so it's pointless, you will only aggravate the buyer and that's not a good idea.
If you are a business, arguably the buyer has a right to refuse to go through with the sale anyway as per the DSRs. You can use the mutual cancellation option - everyone makes mistakes and while it's unfortunate, that's the cost of doing business. If you are a private seller, then you could go for the NPB, but sometimes it might be better to keep the buyer onside, do a mutual and relist - otherwise you often get a stroppy buyer who simply pays, and then returns the item anyway, often with a fault because they don't otherwise tend to have a case to force a return.
If you get a lot of NPBs and find yourself getting more than moderately annoyed by it, either do the and check your terms and conditions, or move to a platform where the incidence is less because the payment system is less prone to allow this sort of thing. Or use the options eBay give you to force immediate payment. Since I posted they have paid! thanks for all replies anyway I have read through.:)
I do not have any terms and conditions in my listings (& have my settings as 'returns accepted') unlike the many sellers who say they are not responsible for items lost in the post, offering to supply the proof of postage. As I said, I have never had a non paying buyer on a buy it now & not for years on an auction either, and I am aware that there is an option to require immediate payment on BINs.
Anyway, I don't often use recorded delivery, but think I will in this case, it is nearly £20 including postage that I would have to refund if it was to happen to get 'lost in the post'!0
