Closing all credit before DRO
If you have an overdraft or a credit card open but with no money owed, from a lender you don't have other debts with, can you keep it when you go DRO? Then I guess you'd have to not use it during the 12 months, but after discharge you'd have that credit account without needing to apply again. Or would everything be closed in the same way as bankruptcy?
If accounts should be closed, is it better to do that yourself or let the banks do it when they find out?
This doesn't apply to me cause I've maxed everything out :P but might be good for others to know.
